Townhouse was founded by William Collinge at the end 2009, having studied at The University of Manchester for 4 years. He wanted to create an agency that provided a much better quality of service to its tenants than the service he received whilst searching for and living in accommodation at University.
We now have more than 350 properties on our books and manage a varied portfolio of city centre apartments, professional and family houses and student HMO’s.
