Our admin fee is one weeks rent (plus VAT) per property.

No, we do not charge any renewal fees or any other fees whatsoever to the tenant.

We may request a guarantor if your income is low relative the the rental figure, if you have poor credit history or if the landlord requires further security for any reason. Some landlords request that every tenant provides a guarantor regardless of their circumstances.

The requirements differ from landlord to landlord. However, usually a guarantor must be over 21 years of age, in full time employment and a home owner.

They will need to complete and sign a guarantor form which must also be signed by a witness. The form must be returned to us along with a copy of their ID that can be used to verify their signature and a copy of a utility bill as proof of address.

Acceptable forms of ID are a copy of a passport, driving license photo card or driving license counterpart.

The proof of address must be no more than 3 months old. We can accept any utility bill, including a screen shot from an online account. We also accept council statement. Unfortunately bank statement, credit card statement and mobile phone bills are not accepted as proof of address.

The minimum tenancy length for most of our properties is 6 months. However please note that some landlords, particularly those with larger portfolios will insist on a minimum tenancy length of 12 months.

We can take a card payment over the phone or alternatively if you would prefer to make a transfer please let us know and will provide our account details. We will email you a receipt.
